Hambleton Brewery

Hambleton Brewery started from humble beginnings in an outbuilding in a garden. Nick Stafford decided to brew beer back in 1991. And all he had was a pair of wellies, some old steel tanks and a car. Using his in laws garden he set up a brewery home in an outbuilding.

However 3 years later and things getting a little tight, he moved the brewery to a barn where there was more room. Growth was steady and demand good, so in 2007 the brewery moved again to the premises they are in today.

The brewery is based in Melmerby, Ripon, North Yorkshire, England. The only thing Nick set out to do was make great beer, and that is what the brewery sticks by to this day.

On this page I will feature the beers I have enjoyed from Hambleton Brewery. The list will grow over time as I get to sample more, enjoy.
