Hi John,

Brewdog are an exciting, forward thinking brewery and like you, I love the different flavor combinations. They may well have a lab, it wouldn’t surprise me. My favorite beer from them is Punk IPA, it’s great from the tap, although I haven’t tried all their beers yet.

Hazy Jane is a great beer too, I will be doing a full review soon.

I really enjoy the citrus punch it delivers but can see how it might be too much for some people. 

I think the creativity behind the different flavour combinations that Brewdog produce is really exciting and I’ve always imagined some weird looking laboratory where they work late into the night trying out different ideas!

I haven’t tried the Hazy Jane beer yet, but I’m definitely going to now having read your review!
