Mantle Brewery lives on a small industrial estate in Cardigan, West Wales. It started life back in 2013 and was founded by Ian Kimber and his partner Domi.
A small micro brewery with limited staff, it concentrates on making good quality real ales using traditional techniques a quality ingredients.
The first beer to come out of this small brewery was a best bitter named CWRW Teifi. CWRW meaning beer and Teifi referring to the river than runs through Cardigan.
They now produce a good range of quality real ales as well as a lager too. This page will feature all the Mantle Brewery beers I get to try, so it will grow over time.
