Turk Tuborg Brewery was founded in 1967 between Tuborg, Denmark and Yasar Holdings and is located in Izmir, Turkey.
Carlsberg eventually took over the majority shares, until 2008 when it sold its stake to Israeli Central Bottling Company which Carlsberg help set up in 1992.
The Turk Tuborg range as well as Carlsberg are brewed under license at Turk Tuborg. They also manufacture other drink products too, as well as imported and distributing other beers brands.
