Baron Brewing is a brewery located on a farm in Great Hormead, Buntingford, Hertfordshire. Jack Baron started the brewery in late 2021 with the outset of producing fresh exciting modern style beers.
After studying brewing at University, with a degree under his belt started working for McMullen a traditional brewery.
Being a traditional brewery McMullen’s range is limited. This gave Jack the push to go off at start his own thing, giving the freedom to brew different beer styles.
It is fair to say it hasn’t been easy, but Jack and Baron brewing are now producing what he set out to do. Fresh exciting modern style beers.
There is now a taproom at the brewery too, which is open many weekends. On this page I will feature all the beers I get to try from Baron. Hopefully that will be many over time.
