Beak Brewery is set in the town of Lewes, East Sussex, England. It is owned and run by Daniel Tapper a food and drinks writer and Journalist.
He started the brewery in 2018 , however without premises Daniel used other breweries equipment to brew his beers. Also collaborating on beers with the same breweries.
In 2020 with the help of a business development service Locate East Sussex, Beak Brewery got its new home a unit on an industrial estate in the same town. The brewery also has a taproom to serving the beer fresh from the tanks. As well as regular street food from different vendors too.
