Chimay Brewery is a Trappist Brewery located at Scoutmont Abbey in Chimay Belgium. It started life in 1850 when a small group of monks to move to Scoutmont and support the local region of Chimay.
The monks set about brewing beer and it wasn’t too long before they succeeded. Several years on they added cheese to their skills. Today they still brew beer and make cheese.
Most of the profits from the sale of their beer and cheese goes to charities and good causes.
On this page I will feature any beers that I get to try from the Chimay Brewery. I hope you enjoy the reviews as much as I did drinking them.
