Erdinger WeissBrau

Erdinger Weissbrau is a traditional Bavarian brewery in Erding, Germany. It started life in 1886, but didn’t get its present name until 1949. Werner Brombach is the owner after taking over from his late father Franz in 1975.

Erdinger is the largest wheat brewery in the world and currently has nine beers in its core range. The beers are brewed under the Bavarian Purity Law as well as using the Bavarian Double Maturity Method.

This page will feature all the Erdinger beers that I get to try, starting with Erdinger Dunkel a dark beer.
