Hafod Brewing Co was founded in 2011 by Phillip Blanchard and is a family team brewing easy drinking beer. The brewery is located in the town of Mold in Flintshire, Wales.
The start up was in a small workshop operating as just a one barrel kit producing around 100o pints per week. The beers Hafod produced back then were loved locally and this helped the brewery to grow.
In 2015 the brewery moved to new premises close by and set up a 19 barrel brew kit, expanding the beer production considerably.
The brewery brew a range of beers they describe as Deliciously Modern Welsh Beer, a pretty big statement. On this page I will feature the Hafod beers I have reviewed, so the list will grow over time.
