Timothy Taylor’s started in 1858, so is an old brewery producing beer the traditional way. Using the highest quality ingredients, including there own yeast strain that has gone through 2000 generations.
Originally there were three partners, however Timothy Taylor bought out his partners just five years in. He also built a new brewery the same year over a natural water supply. So all the Timothy Taylor’s beer are brewed using pure spring water.
