To Øl Brewery

To Øl Brewery was born in 2005 in a school in Denmark. Two students Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen used their school kitchen as a brew lab.Brewing beer for school parties and festivals, the two went onto brewing success.

In 2010 To Øl brewery was established, however there were no premises. Instead the two brewers came up with the recipes and the beer was brewed at other facilities, something know as Gypsy brewing. Although the pair prefer to see it as beer architecture.

Their success has built since then and in 2019 they acquired and old food factory where they have built a brewery and craft beverage hub. A place where they brew their beer, and a place others can come to brew too.

To Øl have a pretty vast beer range, with a good core range, as well as seasonal and specials. Not a brewery to stand still, always pushing the boundaries of brewing beer.
