Vault City Brewing is a relatively young brewery established in 2018 by two friends. Their desire was to brew sour beer, which is not my favorite beer. They have achieved that with flying colors and their range of sour beers is extensive.
The brewing started in a kitchen, but soon they found themselves with their own brewing facility. Vault City is making a name for itself, especially when it comes to sour beer.
This page will feature beers from this brewery that I have tried. The list may be slow in building as sour beer is not my favorite, but it will build. I hope you enjoy sour beer more than me, if you love it then Vault City are your boys.
