Volkan Beer is a microbrewery on the beautiful Greek island of Santorini. The brainchild of a Greek shipping heir Petros Nomikos.
They make a small range of beers that are made from some unique ingredients local to Santorini. The beer uses water filtered over lava rock. As well as honey and an ancient fruit citrus medica.
